Blockchain Development

VeChainThor

VeChain launched in 2015 as a private consortium network but later pivoted to building an EVM-compatible L1 intelligent contract platform, the VeChainThor Public Blockchain. With partners in various global industries, the VeChainThor blockchain is seen across the supply chain, sustainability initiatives, carbon emission management, SDGs, the automotive sector, medicine, energy, and more.

The unique two-token model provided by the VeChainThorBlockchain ensures stable and low transaction costs. At the same time, the Proof-of-Authority consensus mechanism guarantees high throughput, scalability, and security while consuming minimal energy. In 3+ years of operation, VeChain has not suffered a single outage or down performance.

Ethereum

Conceived in 2013, the Ethereum Blockchain launched as a public and decentralized network in 2015. Founded by Vitalik Buterin, Ethereum is now the second largest cryptocurrency in the world, as it has been for many years. Ethereum is also one of the most used L1 platforms, with thousands of applications and currencies built on top of it.

Not long ago, there was criticism of Ethereum for being heavy on energy consumption. However, the recent Proof-Of-Work to Proof-Of-Stake consensus mechanism has resulted in a 99.95% decrease in Ethereum Energy consumption, making it an efficient and widely used platform for decentralized applications.

Binance Smart Chain

Delivered by the world's largest exchange platform for Cryptos and NFTs, BNB chain has a long history of development, showing massive throughput design and high speed, while keeping transaction costs low.

Initially launched as an Ethereum token in 2017, BNB migrated to its own native EVM chain in 2019. This was then followed by a parallel chain launching in 2020 called Binance Smart Chain (BSC). Both BSC and BNB Chain serve their own purposes and work together in parallel. BSC works on a Proof-of-Staked Authority model, with 41 validators. This is an increase from the initial 20 validators that existed previously. As the Binance ecosystem has grown, BSC has become something larger than just the "Binance Chain". It encompasses various blockchain networks, token, and NFT projects. Its aim is to be a bridge between all communities, which is already a reality that grows every day.

Blender

"Blender is the free and open source 3D creation suite. It supports the entirety of the 3D pipeline—modeling, rigging, animation, simulation, rendering, compositing and motion tracking, even video editing and game creation. Advanced users employ Blender’s API for Python scripting to customize the application and write specialized tools; often these are included in Blender’s future releases. Blender is well suited to individuals and small studios who benefit from its unified pipeline and responsive development process." - Blender

We used Blender to procedurally generate the 10k 3D planets that formed the ExoWorlds Planetary Collection. We also use Blender to create and edit 3D models which are then sent over to Unreal Engine for rigging and animating. In fact, all In-Game ExoWorlds Digital Assets are created with Blender!

We are building the ExoWorlds game with Unreal Engine 5.1, a revolutionary game engine that the gaming industry is only now adopting due to its new release. Many incredible new features like Lumen and Nanite allows the possibility of bigger open-world games like never before! There is no other game engine that can provide the visual quality that we are currently achieving!

Multi-Chain Smart Contracts for NFTs and Utility Tokens

Blockchain Interoperability is the future of cryptocurrency ecosystems and Web3 Gaming. ExoWorlds launched and runs on the VeChainThor Blockchain, which we chose for its technological advantages and sustainability model. We have also built our NFT contracts in Ethereum and Binance, which captures a majority of Web3 Gaming Communities around the globe.

Cross-chain NFT Marketplace

The ExoWorlds marketplace is a cross-chain NFT marketplace with a robust suite of social media features that helps sustain our community. While we choose only to market our own NFTs, the marketplace technology is fully functional for NFTs in any of our supported blockchain networks.

Bridging Solutions for NFTs and Tokens

We have developed our own proprietary NFT Bridge for the VeChain, Ethereum, and Binance networks. This reduces blockchain-specific limitations to our users, both in-game and in marketplaces, and increases the pool of web3 gamers utilizing digital assets.
